By accessing or using BlockRay you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Informational purpose only
BlockRay is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
2. The data is an interpretation - verify it
BlockRay reconstructs and interprets public blockchain activity to produce metrics such as P&L, returns, sustainability scores, market statistics and rankings. These figures are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. You must independently verify any data before relying on it. Do your own research.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockRay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage - including financial loss - arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its data.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape disruptively, or attempt to compromise the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable regulations.
6. Token features
Any token-related features (e.g. claiming or swapping) are provided as-is and on an experimental basis. They are not an offer of, or solicitation for, any financial instrument, and nothing here constitutes a promise of value or return.
6b. AI assistant ("Ask BRAY")
BlockRay includes an experimental AI assistant that answers questions using only the objective on-chain data BlockRay computes. Its answers are automatically generated interpretations of that data: they may be incomplete or inaccurate, and they are never financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The assistant will not provide buy/sell/hold guidance or price predictions, and a low risk score is not a "green light". Questions are subject to usage credits (which vary with the BRAY premium tiers), rate limits and content filtering. For each question we store the question, the generated answer, the model used, the requester's IP address and a timestamp, for abuse prevention and service operation (see the Privacy Policy). The public demo on this site is additionally rate-limited per visitor (IP and session).
7. Intellectual property
The BlockRay name, interface and original content are protected. Public blockchain data itself is not owned by us. You may not copy or redistribute the platform's interface or branding without permission.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which BlockRay operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
